Real Estate Application

Being able to code expands my creativity and currently, I’m focusing my creativity in the real estate sector. For quite some time I have been interested in real estate. The ways you could help a homeowner sell their property, guide a new homeowner to their dream home, or give key details for analysis to an investor.

I have a knack for investing as well as being creative and the real estate sector allows me to expand on both spectrums. So I decided to create an application that brings together something not commonly seen in the market. It’s an all-in-one shop that encompasses a place for people to sell their property and be given suggestions on options they have based on the information they inputted. The site would also accommodate wholesalers, where they could list their listings for investors and be given a profile to read reviews upon the person.

There's a lot more I’ll live to add but I'm taking it one step at a time. So far the technologies I'm using are React, React MDL, and CSS for styling. In the future, I'm going to apply Rails for the backend, OminAuth for logging in, sequelizers for custom data display, and more. Thanks for reading and I’ll be sure to keep you updated!
